20-Minute Vacation Workout

I enjoy relaxing during vacation, but I don't like to forgo working out altogether.  I like to get my body moving for 20-30 minutes each day.  This workout was designed for that purpose. No weights are needed, and you are done in 20 minutes. Click on the links below for videos of the workout moves.

1-Minute Plank

10 Walkouts with Push-ups

20 Squat Jumps

30-Second Mountain Climbers

30 Seal Jacks

20 Donkey Kicks (per leg)

10 Push-up Negatives

20 Reverse Lunges (per leg)

1-Minute Standing Deltoid Flys (with no weights)

15 Burpees

10 Tricep Dips (on a chair or bench)

15 Lateral Lunges (per leg)

Repeat 1-2 more times!
