Kid-Approved Healthy Energy Bites

These energy bites are gone within a day of making them. My family loves them! I love that they are healthy and easy to make!

I have a huge sweet tooth, and I try my best to satisfy it with healthier options than ice cream or candy bars! One of my new go-to treats are these Smores Energy Bites from Two Peas and Their Pod. They are healthy, contain ingredients you can pronounce and are a good substitute for store-bought granola bars.

My son loves to eat them as a snack or for breakfast. I don’t include the marshmallows because I’m not a fan of marshmallows; however, even without marshmallows, they still receive two thumbs up from my entire family.

I plugged the recipe in to several food calculators and came up with 80-100 calories per ball. It depends on how big you make the balls.

If you are like me and are trying to avoid binging on all of the Halloween candy floating around, try this recipe. It satiates my sweet tooth cravings!
