Top 3 Bodyweight Workouts to Get Ready for Summer

Whether we are ready for it or not, summer is here. If you are easing back into working out or need a quick workout to change up your routine, check out these quick, bodyweight workouts that are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and make you feel better!

Remember that getting into shape or returning to a level that you were at previously takes time. Don’t go too hard, too fast. You put yourself at risk for injury, which would be a terrible way to start the summer! Start slowly and build from a solid base.
