This crustless cheesy sausage quiche from Sally's Baking Addiction is one of my favorite meals to make for dinner. It's so good that you don't even miss the crust. It doesn't take long to pull all of the ingredients together, and leftovers heat up really well.
I don't use the exact sausage she uses in the recipe because we don't have a Trader Joe's in Lawrence. However, I've tried several different brands of chicken sausages, and the quiche always tastes good.
I usually frequent Sally's Baking Addiction for sweet treat recipes, but she has some tasty healthy recipes, too.
